| 4 | Composer should upload a composed song within 20 days from the date on which poem is downloaded from the site or got assigned by us. Update us in advance for any exceptions. Otherwise poem can be re-assigned to other composer and you will not be eligible for payment for that composition after 20 days unless you initiate appropriate communication and intimate us. |
| 5 | The contents of a poem are entirely as per the creativity of a lyricist, and the kavyazalegane.com is not accountable for any moral / physical damage /financial loss caused to any individual/community/organization due to this web-site. |
| 6 | The kavyazalegane.com in not responsible for any false / misguided / illegal information provided through a poem/composition. The kavyazalegane.com will not entertain the end users of this site having any concerns about the content of the site. |

| 9 | A composition once uploaded by a composer and approved by the administrator, will be available for download for a period of 1 month, after which, the composition is automatically categorized by the system for archival. In other words, the link for download will not be directly available to corresponding lyricist. In such case, the lyricist will need to request the administrator to receive a download link for the composition and time needed for availing such links vary depending upon administration workload. We highly recommend that you download the composition within allowed download period before it gets archived |

Any misconduct / breach of agreement will be penalized and the registration of such member shall stand cancelled effective immediately at the time it is identified and confirmed. In case, KZG authorities feel that a user has performed serious violation of the rules, the member may need to face legal prosecution. |

| Payment terms and refund policy | |
| 1 | A lyricist needs to pay in advance the cost of composition in full. |
| 2 | Payments to be made by a lyricist usually are done through website only.However due to some technical issue we are not able to accept online payments and lyricists are requested to pay offline.Mechanism to accept offline payment is newly built in our system to overcome technial online payment issue temporarily. |
| 3 | Making payments to a composer is an offline process. |
| 4 | Payment made for composition is totally non-refundable. |
| 5 | Kavyazalegane.com reserves right to change cost of services involved as and when required. Kavyazalegane.com management committee members shall take appropriate measures to inform web-site members about the changed pricing structure as apart of customer care policy; however kavyazalegane.com shall not bear any responsibility either expressed or implied, in case a member does not receive such intimations. |
